Preamble
We the administrators of Lucario Forum, in order to form a more perfect forum, establish justice, ensure forum-wide tranquility, provide for the forum itself, promote the general integrity, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish these rules for Lucario Forum.

Article 1: Forum Rules
Section 1: Inappropriate Posting
Do not post anything inappropriate, such as sex, porn, a person killing someone, etc. Depending on how bad the post is, you could get anywhere from a warning to a one month ban.

Section 2: Respect
Show other people respect. You are allowed to say some things like I thought this chapter of your fanfic wasn't that good, but you shouldn't flame, saying things like, "This chapter of your fanfic was horrible! You should never write again for the rest of your life." You will get a warning for each flame you make.

Section 3: Spam
Don't spam. Spam [Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages] is basically anything having nothing to do with the topic of the thread. Please don't spam! Depending on how bad the spam is, you could get anywhere from a warning to a one month ban.

Section 4: Illegal Topics
No posting illegal topics such as Impersonation, Copyright Infringement, and selling stuff. Also no advertising sites, except in signatures and topics that involve posting about sites. No impersonating anyone.  For this you either get a warning, a one day ban, or a one week ban, depending on the seriousness of the offense (not how serious you are, how bad the offense is).

Section 5: Bad Words
Even though your bad words would normally be blocked by a tool on this forum, please don't say them. I can tell if you are or not. There is a spot in the administration panel that says, "Number of words blocked” that I can click on and see all of them. You will receive a warning for this.

Section 6: 1337 5p34k (Leet Speak)
Do not talk in a way people don't understand you, like 741k1ng 11k3 7h15 (talking like this). This way, if you don't talk 11k3 7h15 (like this), then no one will get confused. You get half a warning for this.

Section 7: Racism/Anythingism
Racism is hating someone because of race. There is also sexism, hating someone for gender, and other ones that I forgot. Please don't. That is a stupid reason for hating someone and is against the rules on this forum. Depending on how bad it is, you will receive anywhere from a warning to a one month ban for this.

Section 8: Double Posting
Don't double post, unless you are making a guide, posting a fanfiction, etc. You will receive a warning for this.

Section 9: Mods/Admins
If you are a mod or admin don't misuse your powers, or you will lose them. You will also lose them if you get 3 or more warnings.

Section 10: Other Sites
Don't advertise other sites, unless it relates to what you're talking about. You will receive a warning for this.

Section 11: People's Names
Don't use other peoples’ names on the forum without their permission.

Article 2: Section Specific Rules
Section 1: Where to Find Section Specific Rules
Section Specific Rules should be the first thread in a section and be stickied, if there are any.

Section 2: Notes about Section Specific Rules
Unless otherwise specified, all Forum Rules apply in a section, even if no rules can be found in that section.

Article 3: Rules about the Rules
Section 1: Rules about the Rules Forum
There should only be one thread in the Rules Forum, which is this thread. You will receive a warning for this.

Section 2: Rules about the Rules Thread (This thread)
This thread should only have this post. Any updates to the rules should be announced in the Updates/Announcements/Events section. You will receive a warning for this.

Article 4: Banning Rules
Section 1: Various Bans
If you get five warnings, you get a one week ban.
If you get ten warnings, you get a two week ban.
If you get twenty warnings, you get a three week ban.
If you get twenty-five warnings, you get a one month ban.
If you get forty warnings, you get a three month ban.
If you get fifty warnings, you get a six month ban.
If you get sixty-five warnings, you get a one year ban.
If you get seventy-five warnings, you get a two year ban.
If you get one hundred warnings, you get a permanent ban or you account is deleted.

Section 2: Getting a Ban Multiple Times
No one can get a ban more than once. For example: if you get the one week ban, then after your ban is over, you get rid of a warning and then get a new one, you don’t get the one week ban again, you will however get the two week ban if you get enough warnings.

Section 3: Why the Warning Numbers Are High
The numbers of warnings to receive each ban are high because I do not hate people, so I give them opportunities to redeem themselves.
These do not always apply. For Example: if you have a post with 10 porn-filled pictures, you get a 1 year ban.

Article 5: Amendment Rules
Section 1: Who Can Make an Amendment
Only Admins can make Amendments to these rules, although members may suggest amendments in the Questions/Suggestions section.

Section 2: How an Amendment is Passed
Amendments are passed by the Admin, an Assistant Admin, a vote of at least two-thirds of the Staff, or a vote of at least one-half of the active members. For the member vote, there must be at least five people involved in those votes.

Section 3: Cleaning up after an Amendment
When an Article or Section is added, removed, or moved, all the sections after it should be renumbered.
When an Article or Section is empty, it should be removed.
